A session that is absolute worth a blog post!

Maggie has been such a dear friend of mine and also a fellow creative so it was only natural that when they were expecting their first little babe, that we would do a mini collaboration on a maternity session! Maggie and Nick have such bright and sunny personalities that it only seemed fitting to take a drive to Asbury Park!

The concept that Maggie and I came up with was 60’s mod style maternity. I’m not going to lie, I am just like every one of you that hits up Pinterest the second an idea comes to mind. Would you believe that it was so hard to find just the right inspiration photos for what we were envisioning? The silver lining is we got to create something all on our own!

Maggie created an absolutely adorable concept for hair/make up while I put together Amazon pieces that were fun and vibrant! We paired both dress styles with really fun 60’s mod platform pumps and overachieved on the bright and vibrant colors. I’ll be sure to link up all of the items at the bottom!

For Nick, we wanted something simple but classy. Maggie chose Nick’s wedding dress pants and paired it with a classic white button-down and ‘Ray Ban’ inspired sunnies.
