Fun and flirty valentine-inspired styled shoot

When you go into pinterest, your feed is flooded with extravagant decor, floral installations, and over-the-top attire. It’s such a great source of inspiration and totally fuels creativity to make your wedding day that much more special. I am ALL for all the pinterest boards! In fact, scrolling through my usual feed really sparked something inside of me to get creative, especially during the slower months when the main focus is admin work. I really wanted to create a fun and flirty styled shoot but with a twist; I wanted to make the prospective look(s) accessible to the everyday person. Here, in lies the start of it all!

Outfit number 1: Inspiration for the after-party, reception attire, or elopement wedding!

I’ve been seeing the oversized jacket look and really wanted to find something that was easily accessible. The romper we chose was rented from Rent the Runway for $35 which creates a really fun and comfortable feel for the everyday bride that wants to add a little glam.

The oversized blazer was a last minute purchase from H&M for $54.99 - fun fact: I have been obsessed with H&M since my senior year of high school when a brand new store showed up in my local mall. I love their minimalist looks for your traditional 9-5 job but also for a fun night out! I always know I can count on H&M for the right look!

We topped off the look with a pop of pink with these KILLER Versace dupes we got off of Amazon for $60! Talk about a show stopper!

Wanting to still keep the look fresh and wedding appropriate, we added a fun over-sized bow instead of a veil - bonus that was such a soft beautiful pink with pearl details! Check it out HERE

Outfit number 2: the formal look with fun twist of glam

Being able to work with such incredible vendors and fellow creative photographers gives the opportunity to network further than the normal capabilities. When searching for the formal look, we knew we wanted something modern and slightly minimalist. Thankful for Jes (Captured by Jessica Lynn) for her networking skills as we found the perfect look from Lovely Brides - Philly. It adds just the right sophistication and class to every wedding style!
